Welcome to quillbot AI Tool. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://quillbotaitool.com/ and all tools and services offered on it (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Your content
You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the results you generate. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to use it. You give us a limited permission to process your content only as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. AI-generated results
Results are generated automatically by software and artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your purpose. Paraphrased text, summaries and translations may change meaning; grammar suggestions may be wrong; AI-detection and plagiarism scores are estimates, not proof. You are responsible for reviewing all results before relying on them, and for citing sources correctly.
5. Fair-use limits and accounts
To keep the Service free and fast, we may apply limits on the number of words and requests. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
6. Paid plans
If we offer premium features, the price, billing period and any refund terms will be shown before you pay. Premium access is personal and may not be shared.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its design, software, logos and original content belong to quillbot AI Tool or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as AI and translation services) and may contain links to other websites and advertisements. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections, those protections still apply.
